Timothy Keyes
I’m a senior data scientist at Stanford Health Care and MD/PhD candidate in Stanford’s Medical Scientist Training Program (MSTP). I build, deploy, and monitor clinical AI systems — from LLM-powered chart abstraction to agentic tumor board preparation — and study how to do this safely at scale. My work spans applied machine learning, single-cell biology, and medical education.
Currently: finishing clinical clerkships, building on top of ChatEHR, and writing up work on applications of agentic AI in clinical workflows.
